T & CONDITIONS

volandorentcar.com rents the vehicle subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this contract. The renter is deemed to have been informed of the contents. It is our intention that all the terms are contained herein. Please read it carefully and if you do not understand or do not agree with any point, please inform us before accepting it.

Delivery and Return

volandorentcar.com you deliver the vehicle in good general and working condition, with no apparent defects. You agree to return it in the same conditions, with all documents, parts and accessories in place, on the date and time indicated in this contract. Any alteration must be previously authorized by volandorentcar.com.

volandorentcar.com may repossess the vehicle at any time without notice and at its own expense if the vehicle is used in breach of the provisions of this contract.

We reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the vehicle due to a history of non-payment or serious incidents with volandorentcar.com.

Vehicle Use

The renter undertakes to use the vehicle in accordance with the rules of the highway code. In addition, he/she must keep it in good condition, ensure that it remains locked when not in use, use the correct fuel and activate the installed safety mechanisms if necessary. This is expressly prohibited and is therefore considered a breach of contract:

(a) Sublease the vehicle.

(b) To transport goods.

(c) Pushing or towing any vehicle, trailer or object.

(d) Participate in races, rallies, tests or other similar competitions.

(e) Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or any other substance that affects consciousness or reaction capacity.

(f) Committing any type of crime against road safety.

(g) Driving the vehicle by persons not authorized in the contract. In such cases, you are also responsible for the vehicle in accordance with this contract.

(h) Failure to meet the minimum requirements stipulated in our current fee schedule in terms of age (minimum 20 years) and possession of a valid and original driver's license (minimum 2 years).

(k) Driving in restricted areas: airport runways and associated areas, roads not suitable for driving (public roads, garages or parking lots and private areas not intended for industrial or agricultural use). Prohibited or dangerous areas (beaches, canyons, mountains, etc.), unpaved roads or others that may damage tires or the underside of the vehicle.

Fines, penalties, towing service and handling charges such as immobilization of the vehicle for traffic violations or violations of laws, regulations or ordinances, as well as broken wheels, tires and gasoline, are the responsibility of the renter.

Rental Charges

The renter agrees to pay the rental price according to the current rate, taxes, insurance (specified in item 4), late return of the vehicle (from 59 minutes after the scheduled time), fuel consumed, refueling and additional charges such as:

• Delivery at the airport (corresponding fee).
• Loss of additional accessories and documents (corresponding fee).
• Delivery in private parking lots (corresponding rate).
• Key replacement (corresponding fee).
• Cleaning of the vehicle due to excessive dirt (corresponding fee).

Accidents

The tenant must take the following measures in case of an accident:

a) Obligation to immediately notify any traffic accident, loss, damage or theft to Volando Rent a Car S.R.L. and the police.

b) Not to acknowledge or prejudge responsibility for the incident.

c) Obtain complete information from the other party and send it to volandorentcar.com. The renter is obliged to cooperate with us and our insurance company in any subsequent investigation or legal proceedings. Failure to comply with this request will result in the cancellation of all accepted and paid coverages.

Repairs

The lessor shall be responsible for expenses incurred during the rental period for greasing, oil changes, water and minor repairs (except punctures) up to a maximum of 10€. These expenses must be justified with the corresponding receipts or invoices. Prior authorization from the lessor is required for repairs or towing the vehicle.

Our responsibility

Volando Rent a Car S.R.L. declares to have taken the necessary precautions to prevent mechanical failures of the vehicle. In case they occur, we are responsible for the damages suffered by you in case of death or injury. The lessor assumes no responsibility for damages that may be caused directly or indirectly to the lessee as a result of fortuitous failures or breakdowns.

Conditions

• The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 20 years old and the driver's license must be at least 2 years old.
• Unlimited mileage.
• Second driver at no additional charge.
• Delivery at the airport: minimum 3 days of rental.

Child Restraint Systems

volandorentcar.com will provide baby seats, boosters and other approved supplements to customers upon request. Volando Rent a Car S.R.L. staff is not authorized to install these systems. Therefore, the renter will always be responsible for the assembly and fastening of these accessories inside the vehicle, as well as for making sure that the ages of the children correspond to each child restraint system. volandorentcar.com is exempt from any liability for damages and/or harm that may be suffered by the users of such systems.

Personal Data

With respect to Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the personal data you have provided will be processed and automatically included in our files for the sole purpose of carrying out activities related to our business. volandorentcar.com guarantees the confidentiality and proper use of the information and will adopt the necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure it.
